The On the Air Program of Island County 4-H is a joint project of Micah Sewell and Judy Feldman. Micah has been interested in promoting local radio and broadcasting skills since his attempts in college to revive the campus radio station. With the possibility of Whidbey's first local radio station growing closer, Micah and Judy launched On the Air, a program designed to cultivate interest in broadcasting and production in Whidbey Island students. The ability to make quality programming is more accessible today than ever before, and as these pages fill up with the voices of local youth, we ask for your feedback on how we're doing.
