Many foods can be eaten raw. Some are even best that way. Others require cooking for safety or to bring out their flavors. If you are interested in learning how to create healthy, tasty, beautiful meals from locally grown food, here are some opportunities for you!

March 30, 2008, 2-5pm, Coupeville Rec Hall, suggested donation of $3/person: 4-H Leader Lois Fisher will teach our very first Food For Thought cooking class!
