This was my first day out, and there were still many things
to learn. First was that not everyone knew how to use the
scheduling calendar. I wound up doing this segment alone, which
was just as well. Even though I practiced and experimented
extensively before starting the actual data collection, there
were many things which were unexpected. Also, as it turns out,
this was the most complicated beach on the entire island. Ater
a grueling all day session, I had a whole beach of pretty good
data. Only a little post-collection editing was needed.
This was also the ONLY day I actually got rained on! |
